The mission of every member is to contribute to community well-being through charitable donations and volunteer service with special emphasis on supporting efforts to prevent and find a cure for diabetes.
A Message from the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley President
Welcome to the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley, “Providing Aid, Awareness Education & Research”, a group of civic service minded individuals, working together to realize a dream, to find a cure for Diabetes.
The club members raise funds for research, through the University of Chicago Medicine-Kovler Diabetes Research Center. We support diabetes education, through the Rush Copley Diabetes Education Center, and Presence Mercy Medical Center for Diabetic Wellness. We help send children with Diabetes to ADA Summer Diabetic Camps and we assist Diabetics in obtaining trained Diabetic Alert Dogs.
Since 2022, the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley Members have endeavored to make the Fox Valley Area a better place to live.

The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley meets on the second Thursday of each month at Gray Mills Estate, in Montgomery, IL. The annual dues are $50.00 You can pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. We support many different causes like, University of Chicago Kolver Research Center, ADA summer camp scholarships. Our fundraisers are the Spring and Fall fundraising dinners, Fall Golf Outting At Bliss Creek Golf Course and Annual BBQ. We partner with community agencies like Communities In Schools and Salvation Army. We participate in National Night Out and the Aurora Historical Society Bell Ringing at the Tanner House.

The Diabetets Club of Fox Valley supports the University of Chicago Kovler Research Center.
We give scholarships to diabetic children in the Fox Valley area to attend ADA Type 1 diabetic summer camps. We assist Fox Valley diabetics in obtaining diabetic alert dogs (DADs).
